1. Heat griddle to about 350 degrees. 2. Oil griddle with soybean oil. 3. Place shrimp on the griddle and saute about 3 minutes on each side. 4. Add garlic butter and soy sauce and continue to cook for 1 to 2 minutes longer. 5. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste. 6. Squeeze juice from half a lemon over the shrimp. 7.
