1. Place cleaned blueberries and strawberries in a medium bowl. 2. In a small bowl, whisk honey and balsamic vinegar together. Pour over berries. 3. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. 4. To serve, quickly rinse and drain raspberries. 5. Add raspberries and orange zest to the salad. 6. Toss gently and serve with a dollop of sour cream or yogurt, if you like. Enjoy! 7.
