1. Set oven to 375 degrees. 2. Butter an 11 x 7-inch baking dish. 3. In a large skillet over medium heat; add in the ground beef with onion, garlic, chili peppers and jalapeno pepper (if using) cook until meat is well browned; drain fat. 4. In a large bowl mix together eggs with spinach and mushrooms; mix well to combine. 5. Stir in the feta (or Monterey Jack) Parmesan cheese, seasoned salt and black pepper and the gound beef mixture; mix well to combine. 6. Spoon the mixture into the preapred biscuit crust. 7. Drizzle with melted butter, then sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. 8. Bake uncovered for about 25-30 minutes. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
