Bishbosa


1. Cream together semolina and margarine.

2. Mix in yoghurt, 1 cup sugar, coconut, and baking soda.

3. Pour mix into deep baking tray.

4. Cook for 20 minutes at 180 degrees celcius.

5. When cool dissolve 1/2 cup caster sugar in two cups boiling water and lemon juice.

6. Boil until slightly thickened.

7. Pour over cooled cake.

8. Allow to cool.
