1. Poof yeast in lukewarm water. 2. Add milk, sugar, salt, egg, oil and flour. 3. Beat well to make a smooth dough; make sure milk is only warm. 4. Let rise until doubled. 5. Cut with doughnut cutter. 6. Fill with prune or apricot filling. 7. Let set a few minutes. 8.
