1. Drain beans, and bring to boil in plenty of fresh water. 2. Cook until tender. 3. Heat oil, and add cumin and sizzle approx 30 seconds. 4. Add broccoli and tomatoes, stirring constantly. 5. Add paprika, yoghurt and garlic. 6. Mix and cook 7-8 minutes over a low heat. 7. Add drained black eyed beans, turmeric, garam masala, and salt. 8. Mix, and cook 2-3 minutes. 9. Add 3/4 cup water and bring to the boil. 10. Reduce heat, and simmer 10-15 miutes. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
