Blue Cheese Pata


1. beat together cream cheese, liver spread, blue cheese and sherry until fluffy.

2. stir in half of water chestnuts, drained and chopped, bacon onion and olives.

3. press in small bowl lined with clear plastic wrap.

4. cover and chill.

5. To serve, invert bowl onto plate. remove bowl and plastic wrap. garnish with sliced pimento stuffed green olives if desired.

6. Serve with crackers.

7. Makes 2 2/3 cups.
