1. preheat 375 oven. 2. mix apricots, parsley, garlic and cheese in small bowl. 3. loosen the skin of chicken breasts and stuff cheese mixture underneath (don't worry, a small rip won't ruin the dish:o). 4. press the skin down. 5. wrap each breast half with 2 slices of bacon. 6. with sprigs of thyme. 7. butter/spray baking dish. 8. bake about 40 minutes. 9. voila! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
