Blue Plate Beef Patties


1. Beat egg, stir in onions, crumbs, and mustard.

2. Add ground beef, mix well.

3. Shape into 4 patties.

4. In ungreased skillet, cook patties for 5-6 minutes per side, until no longer pink.

5. Drain.

6. Mix gravy, water and horseradish; add mishrooms.

7. Pour over patties.

8. Cook, uncovered, for 5 more minutes.
