1. Wash the potatoes and boil them till soft. 2. In the meantime dice the onion and saute it in a skillet till translucent then add the meat. Cook till brown on a medium fire, add salt and pepper. Take off the fire. 3. Peel the potatoes and mash them (add a little salt if needed) then add the meat mixture and turn till they are homogeneous. 4. Serve hot or cold. You can serve with tomatoes, cucumbers or green peppers. A salad works well too. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
