1. Mix meat and seasonings. 2. Shape into 1 inch meatballs. 3. Put enough water in saucepan to cover meatballs. 4. Bring to a boil. 5. Add whole onion and garlic cloves. 6. Add 1 meatball at a time so water does not stop boiling. 7. Cook until meat is white - about 30 minutes. Remove onion. Thicken water with flour and add more salt and pepper as needed.
