1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, onion,bourbon, vinegar, and chili flakes; stir just until sugar has dissolved, about 2-3 minutes. 2. Pour over chicken in a 9 x 13 baking dish and stir to coat. 3. Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight. 4. Bake in a preheated 350°F. oven for 1 hour, basting every 20 minutes with pan juices. 5.
