1. In large skillet heat oil. 2. Add onion and apple. 3. Cook for 5 minutes. 4. Add cole slaw;stir together a few minutes. 5. Add chicken broth and balsamic vinegar.I used White but Red Balsamic would be great. 6. Cover and cook gently for 30 minutes stirring at intervals. 7.
