Braised Cabbage Slaw


1. In large skillet heat oil.

2. Add onion and apple.

3. Cook for 5 minutes.

4. Add cole slaw;stir together a few minutes.

5. Add chicken broth and balsamic vinegar.I used White but Red Balsamic would be great.

6. Cover and cook gently for 30 minutes stirring at intervals.

7. If there is too much liquid remove cover to finish cooking.
