Braised Fish (Tunisia)


1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. Clean and pat dry the fish. Cut into serving-size pieces. Rub fish with harissa.

3. In an ovenrpoof skillet, heat the oil and add the onion. Saute until onion is transluscent. Add the tomato, garlic, lemon juice, and wine. Cook 5 minutes. Remove from heat.

4. Add fish to skillet and spoon some sauce over the fish.

5. Cover and cook in oven for 10 minutes or until cooked through. Remove from oven and let sit 2-3 minutes. Serve with couscous.
