Brandied Roquefort Crostini


1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

2. Thoroughly mix cheeses in a food processor with sharp metal blade.

3. Stir in brandy and pecans and process until the mixture is very smooth.

4. Arrange bread slices on a baking sheet.

5. Spread cheese mixture over bread slices.

6. Bake until cheese is lightly browned (about 10 minutes).

7. Serve immediately.
