Brazilian Mocha Float


1. Combine chocolate, sugar and coffee.

2. Stir over low heat until all is blended.

3. Scald milk and add to the coffee mix.

4. Cook over hot water for about 10 minutes.

5. Whip until frothy; chill.

6. Pour into tall chilled glasses and top with a scoop of ice cream.
