1. Beat eggs, add milk, salt and mustard, mixing well.

2. Grease bottom of 9x13-inch baking dish.

3. Place in layers of bread cubes, the sausage, then cheese.

4. Pour egg mixture over the top.

5. Refrigerate overnight.

6. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.

7. Let stand about 5 minutes before cutting.

8. NOTE: For 8 people use 3 slices of bread and 8 eggs.
