1. In crock pot, mix together pork through beef bouillon cube. Cover about halfway with water. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8. 2. Meanwhile, saute onion, garlic and jalapenos till onion is translucent. Add rest of spices. Add hominy and chicken broth. Let simmer for a couple of hours till liquid is reduced by half (I usually cook the meat for 4 hours and simmer the soup the entire time). 3. When meat is done, remove and shred with a fork. Add to pot. Pour entire contents of crock pot into soup pot -- Enjoy! 4. Tastes awesome with cheese and sliced avocado on top. 5.
