1. Wash broccoli rabe and remove thick stems. 2. Add olive oil to 2 quart pot and heat. 3. Add garlic and let cook 1 minute. 4. Add broccoli rabe and salt and cover. 5. Cook 10 minutes, stiring often. 6. Serve with 1/4 lemon, the juice offsets the bitter taste of the greens. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
