1. In a large saucepan, combine rice w/seasoning packet and water. Bring to boil. 2. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring once. 3. Stir in: broccoli, carrot & onion. 4. Cover & simmer for 5 minutes. 5. Stir in chicken soup and cubed cream cheese. 6.
