1. Preheat oven to 300°F. 2. Fry bread in butter until toasted golden. 3. Add hot milk and let stand for 30 minutes. 4. Pour into a buttered baking dish; add eggs, salt, granulated sugar, cinnamon and fruits. 5. Sprinkle brown sugar on top. 6.
