Combine pizza sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper in a small bowl. 5. spread over prepared rice crust. 6. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. 7. Layer 1/3 cup mozzarella cheese, mushrooms, olives, and red pepper. 8. Top with remaining cheese. 9. Bake at 400 for 10 minutes. 10.
