1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. 2. coat a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan with cooking spray. 3. Lightly spoon flours into dry measuring cups and level with a knife. 4. Combine flours and next 6 ingredients (through salt). 5. Combine buttermilk and egg and add to flour mixture. 6. Stir just until combined. 7. Spoon the mixture into prepared pan. 8. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 5 minutes until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. 9.
