1. Dip the bread slices into a mixture of ¼ cup Olive Oil, few teaspoons of Italian seasoning and salt. Do not soak – just lightly place; you can event just brush for flavor. 2. Dice the tomatoes and onions, and place in mixing bowl. Add the remainder Olive Oil, using extra if necessary, and add some salt and pepper and seasoning. The perfect proportions of salt and Italian seasoning make the perfect dish. 3. Place the vegetables on the bread slices. Toast for 5 minutes. 4.
