1. Bring large pot of salted water to boil. 2. Add brussels sprouts and boil until almost tender, about 7 minutes; drain. 3. Cook bacon in heavy large skillet over medium heat until crisp. 4. Remove using slotted spoon; drain on paper towels. 5. Pour off all but 3 tablespoons bacon drippings. 6. Add onion to skillet and saute over medium heat until tender, about 4 minutes. 7. Stir in caraway seeds; add bacon and brussels sprouts and stir until warmed through. 8.
