1. Melt the butter in a pot. 2. Take off the heat and add golden syrup. Stir until golden syrup is dissolved. 3. Stir in sugar, rolled oats and flour. 4. In a small bowl or cup, dissolve baking soda in water and add to mixture. 5. Mix evenly. 6. Put teaspoon lots onto a greased oven tray (leave room for spreading). 7. Bake at 170 degrees celcius for 8-15 minutes or until golden. 8. Store in an airtight container. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
