1. In a dutch oven, brown ground bison on med-high. 2. Add 3 cloves of garlic, 2 Tbsp of Chilli powder onion, and green pepper. cook for about 4 minutes. 3. Add tomato soup, canned tomatoes and v8. Allow to return to a simmer. 4. Add rinsed kedney beans, and both cans of baked beans. 5. Simmer for at least 15 minutes, or add to a slow cooker, and cook as long as you like. 6.
