1. Place couscous in a medium bowl with margarine. 2. Pour boiling water over the couscous. 3. Cover tightly and allow to soak for five minutes. 4. Fluff with a fork. 5. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, curry, turmeric, salt, cinnamon and pepper. 6. Pour mixture over couscous and mix well with a fork. 7.
