1. Line a baking tray with baking paper. 2. Beat cream cheesewith an electric mixer until smooth, add caramel topping & mix well. 3. Spread 1 teaspoon of cream cheese filling over the base of 8 biscuits and then top with slices of banana. 4. Spread another teaspoon of cream cheese mixture over remaining 8 biscuits and sandwich together. 5. Place on prepared tray & cover & refrigerate for 1-2 hours. 6.
