Butterscotch Nut Bars


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2. For the crust, combine all the ingredients, mixing until crumbly.

3. Press firmly into a greased 13" x 9" pan.

4. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until light golden.

5. For the topping, beat together the eggs, sugar, corn syrup and butter until blended.

6. Stir in the butterscotch chips and pecans.

7. Pour evenly over the crust.

8. Bake for 30 minutes or until set and golden.

9. Cool completely and then cut into bars.
