Cabbage Soup, Asian Style


1. Brown the beef stir fry and set aside.

2. Place oil in a large saucepan, medium heat add cabbage, onion, salt& pepper.

3. Cook stirring until both the onion& the cabbage are tender about 20 minutes.

4. Add stock, ginger and soy sauce.

5. Add beef stir fry.

6. Simmer for about 15 minutes.

7. Add lime juice tasting until you get just the right taste for your liking.

8. Serve.
