1. In mixer, cream butter. 2. Add sugar and continue beating. 3. Add yolks, one at a time, and continue beating until fluffy. 4. Add the orange juice and zest, alternating with dry ingredients. 5. Beat whites to soft peaks and add. Do not beat, just fold them. 6. Pour batter into a pre-greased and pre-floured cake pan. 7. Bake at 350° for approximately 40 minutes. 8.
