1. Saute garlic in butter until lightly browned. 2. Add shrimp and mushrooms. 3. Saute until shrimp are pink. 4. Add mayonnaise and ketchup, and enough tomato juice to cover shrimp and mushrooms. 5. Stir to mix and allow to heat through. 6. In a casserole dish, layer rice then grated cheese, then the la Barra sauce. 7.
