1. SLICE beef into very thin strips. 2. In medium skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil in skillet. 3. Add beef and stir-fry until browned and juices evaporate. 4. ADD soup, soy sauce and sugar. 5. Heat to a boil. 6. Reduce heat to medium. 7. Add vegetables. 8. Cover and cook 5 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp, stirring occasionally. 9.
