1. Remove stems from mushrooms and finely chop; set caps aside. 2. In large skillet, saute the mushroom stems, bacon, red pepper, onion, garlic, salt and pepper in oil until vegetables are crisp-tender. 3. Remove from the heat. 4. Stir in cheeses. 5. Fill each mushroom cap with about 1 T of filling. 6. Place on foil-lined baking sheets. 7. Bake at 400 degrees for 16-20 minutes or until mushrooms are tender. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
