Canadian Indian Guide'S Chowder


1. Add potatoes, onions, salt and pepper to one quart boiling water.

2. Cook 12 mins or til vegetables are almost tender.

3. Add fish.

4. Cook 10 mins more.

5. Add milk and cream.

6. Heat 15 mins more without allowing chowder to boil.

7. Serve garnished with parsley.
