1. Preheat oven to 450°F. 2. Cut ribs in 3 inch lengths, 3 ribs wide. 3. Place on rack in shallow roaster. 4. Roast 30-35 minutes until brown on each side. 5. Pour off fat. 6. Combine remaining ingredients in small saucepan. 7. Simmer 10 minutes until thickened. 8. Reduce oven heat to 350°F. 9. Remove rack from roasting pan. 10. Pour sauce over ribs and cover pan. 11.
