Caramelized Adobo Onions


1. Heat the oil over medium high heat.

2. Add onions and reduce the heat to medium-low.

3. Cook slowly, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and caramelized, about 20 minutes.

4. Add the salt and pepper to taste, sugar and adobo sauce stir well to combine.
