Carbonado Bolivia


1. Place meat in saucepan with water, vinegar, salt, bay leaf, cumin, peppercorns and garlic.

2. Cover and simmer slowly for about one hour.

3. Add celery, tomato, carrots, onion and oregano. Stir to combine.

4. Add fruit. Cover and cook until fruits are tender.
