1. Slice the cucumbers lengthwise and remove seeds with a spoon or melon baller. 2. Slice each half into 1/2 inch slices. 3. Place in a bowl and sprinkle with the salt. 4. Toss gently and let sit for 30 minutes. 5. Drain well. 6. Place the cucumbers in a serving bowl and add the chilies, lime juice, and garlic. 7. Toss well. 8.
