Caribbean Fruit Shake (Lactose Free)


1. Peel the banana and cut into a few pieces. Place the bananas to a blender. Add the pineapple and orange juices. Put a lid on the blender and blend for about 20 seconds and smooth.

2. Add the ice and blend for about 30 seconds and smooth and frothy.

3. Pour into serving glasses and enjoy!
