Caribbean Jerk Broiled Trout


1. Coat a rimmed baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Place fillets, skin side down, on baking sheet.

2. In a small bowl, whisk together orange juice, oil and vinegar; pour evenly over fillets. Sprinkle fillets with seasoning; cover and let stand 20 minutes.

3. Preheat broiler to high. Remove cover from fillets; broil 5-6 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Transfer to a platter and serve.
