1. In small bowl, mix lime juice, oil, molasses, mustard, lime peel, garlic powder, pepper and salt with a wire whisk. 2. Score steak across top. 3. Pour lime juice mixture over steak, turning to coat all sides. 4. Refrigerate 4-8 hours or overnight, turning once or twice. 5. Broil steak 3" from heat source, 3 minutes on each side for medium steak. 6. Place on heated platter. 7. Slice thinly on the diagonal. 8.
