1. For the meatballs, combine the turkey and the next 6 ingredients, mixing well. 2. Shape mixture into 24, 1-inch, meatballs. 3. Arrange on a rack or a roasting pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray. 4. Bake at 400°F for 12 minutes or until meatballs are browned. 5. While the meatballs are in the oven, make the sauce by placing the mango in a blender and process until smooth. 6. Combine cornstarch and sugar in a small saucepan and add the pureed mango, water and remaining ingredients. 7. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
