1. Roast Serranos over open flame or in oven on broil.

2. Bag or wrap in plastic to loosen skins.

3. Remove pepper skins.

4. Place all ingredients into blender.

5. Puree for 5 minutes until it is smooth and creamy.

6. Chill 2 hours.
