1. In a mixing bowl combine chicken, salt, sugar, pepper, ginger, garlic, shallots, soy sauce, cornstarch and oil and blend well and marinade for 30 minutes. 2. In a very hot wok coat with oil and add in the chicken mixture and stir-fry until halfway done. Add in the corn and okra and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Pour in the chicken broth to a boil.
