1. Mix tofu, turmeric and onion powder in a bowl. 2. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a skillet. 3. Add the tofu mixture and cook, stirring constantly, about 10 minutes. 4. Remove from heat and set aside. 5. Place a dry wok over medium heat. 6. When it begins to smoke, add the remaining oil, the onions, and the rice. 7. Stir fry for 3 minutes. 8. Pour in the"sauce" and stir fry until the rice is heated through, about 4 minutes. 9.
