1. Blanch cauliflower for 5 to 7 minutes. 2. Drain and set aside. 3. Simmer raisins and vinegar over medium heat for 20 to 25 minutes. 4. Rinse anchovies and capers 5. Transfer to bowel of a food processor. 6. Add the raisins and any liquid in the pan and process until the ingredients form a paste. 7. In a large oven proof pan, melt the butter over medium heat. 8. Add the cauliflower and cook for 4 to 5 minutes. 9. Preheat the broiler. 10. Spoon anchovy paste over cauliflower 11. Broil for about 4 minutes or until golden brown. 12.
