Cauliflower-Tomato Confetti Pilaf


1. Fry rice in oil lightly and pressure cook.

2. Side-by-side, boil the cauliflower flowerettes.

3. Chop potatoes into small pieces and lightly fry in oil until light golden in colour.

4. Heat oil in a pan.

5. Add onions and saute until golden brown.

6. Add the ginger and garlic pastes.

7. Fry tomatoes alongwith turmeric powder and green chillies.

8. Mix well.

9. Add cauliflower flowerettes and greenpeas.

10. Add the rice gradually.

11. Mix carefully.

12. Add the fried potatoes.

13. Garnish with cilantro and serve hot!
