Celery Soup (Australia)


1. Simmer celery and stock until celery is tender.

2. Add celery salt and nutmeg.

3. Make a paste of flour with 2 tablespoonfuls milk; add to celery, stirring carefully.

4. Add 3 cups milk and heat.

5. DO NOT BOIL.

6. Add cheese and serve hot.
